Mike Newlyn
bio
Born in Winchester, 1973
1990-1992 Studied at Fareport, UK
Mike studied art and music at Swanmore school, became a hairdresser for a short while and also did a foundation in Art and design at Eastliegh. Mike has been drawing from an early age, he was much influenced by his dad who was an architect and built houses. Mike learnt to play piano, guitar and to sing when he was 15 and has been a few charity bands and duos. Michael has been published in 2 major art magazines and won a international award for his 3D works. He has also had two books published, one containing short stories the other a true story about the paranormal. Michael continues his art and is still living in Winchester UK.
